This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Payment information, Insurance Provider Name, and Policy number available. 

The following payment options will be available for selection on the Shopping Cart Page.​​​

• Payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account
•  PAY ONLINE IN FULL: Submit total fees online today upon conclusion of this registration session
• PAYMENT PLAN: Pay $50 at registration submittal with the balance divided equally and automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT with payment due on the following dates: 5/15, 6/1, and 6/15 (These dates follow the next much until registration is closed). 
• If you wish to use a different account to pay the balance, please log in to your Sport Ngin account BEFORE the first day of payment to update your account information.
• After completing this registration, you will see a Whiteland Warrior Junior Football League charge on your account. 

Easy Online options available - The top two options are

Player Sponsorship - Receive a Free Football Player or Cheerleader registration with a sponsorship of $400 or above.

Team Sponsorship - Requires a donation of $500 or greater per team).  A business can sponsor multiple teams.

Player Evaluation

The individual player evaluation process aims to identify each player's athletic ability and then distribute it evenly, creating a competitive environment that encourages player development.

Each player must complete an individual assessment before being assigned to a team. Athletes are to wear running shoes and be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Equipment
